There are two reasons your might not be able to access your paid services. Often, this happens when a user pays with an e-check. PayPal needs up to 5 days to verify e-checks and to give us the go-ahead.
The second reason might be that your credit card does not have enough funds. Please connect another credit card to your PayPal account or cover the amount with another payment method.
