Refund Policy

When you purchase one of our subscriptions/plans and confirm your will to do so by clicking on the START button on the bottom of the pricing page, you also agree to our terms. Please see screenshot below.

As stated in the Kaywa Terms of Service, the QR MGMT is a month-to-month or year-to-year, pay-as-you-go service, based on automatic renewal, charged either directly on your credit card or via Paypal. You are billed every month or year for the service (depending on the subscription). You can cancel the service at any time within your Kaywa account (please see instructions below). The cancellation of the service is under your responsibility. In case of cancellation done at the latest one day before renewal, you won’t be charged again.  The subscription automatically stops by the end of the paid term.

If Kaywa does not receive any cancellation, no refund will be issued. You are fully responsible for any charges already incurred.
If the recurring subscription amount is not received by us by the due date (e.g. in case of a failed payment), then without limiting our rights or remedies, those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law and we will suspend our services until such amounts are paid in full.
We will not exercise our rights if you are disputing the applicable charges reasonably and in good faith and are cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute.

In case of cancellation on the rebilling date or just after, no retroactive refund will be issued and you will be charged for the entire period. The service continues to work for the entire billed period. You won’t be charged again after that.
For example, if you are billed on the 12th of every month and you cancel on July 14th, you’ll still have to pay for the entire current month (July 12 – August 12 in this case). The same applies for the yearly subscription.

Or second example: If you are billed on the 12th of every month and you cancel on that same day, you’ll still have to pay for the entire current month (July 12 – August 12 in this case). The same applies for the yearly subscription.

You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.​

Free Dynamic QR Codes: We offer five free dynamic QR Codes with limited functionality (no changeability, no statistics, no EPS download, no Design QR Codes). Your first charge will come at the moment you upgrade to a subscription. There is no time limitation on free dynamic QR Codes, nor for you, nor for the people who scan your QR Code.

Accounts that begin as an upgrade from a free account will be charged at the time of the upgrade to the subscription. After the successful financial completion, you have immediately access to the plan features and your  subscription starts.
